Biography

 

 
I am currently a post-doctoral research associate at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. 
 
I received  the Mathematics and Telecommunications Engineering degrees from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2005 and 2006 respectively, the Master degree in Information Technologies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2007, the M. Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2009, and the Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 2011.
 
From September 2005 to March 2006 I carried out my final degree thesis at the Institute for Telecommunications Research, University of South Australia, Mawson Lakes, Australia. From September 2006 to December 2007 I was a Research and Teaching assistant with the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Throughout the academic year 2009-10 I was Teaching Assistant and College Supervisor with the University of Cambridge and from July to September 2010 I was an Intern at Telefonica Research Labs in Barcelona. After finishing my PhD, I was Research Associate at the University of Cambridge from September 2011 to February 2012 under the Doctoral prize scheme of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), UK.
